Joyful Action
When we take action in our lives let it be joyful action. When we release obligation, guilt, shame and blame our actions can come from love and joy. And that makes life more fun.
Releasing these negative emotions isn’t just a good idea, it is helping you heal. Some of these things are buried so deeply in our body that we need some assistance in finding and releasing them. And that’s good too! Because it’s hard to see what we can’t see from our vantage point and having assistance brings us into alignment with receiving too. That balance of receiving and giving is sooo important to our heart and our desires.
Be willing to receive. Train yourself to say thank you to a compliment and then stop talking. Thank you is a complete sentence. When you receive AND give your heart will be lighter and more relaxed. Be kind to your heart, the chakra and the muscle.
No one points at themselves and points at their head. People always point at the heart to show “Me”.
Put your hands over your heart and say, “I love being me. I’m grateful for every beat. Thank you for my heart.”
