Do you feel safe to be who you really are?
Do you have all the support you need to move into the next phase of your life/work/purpose?
Do you know where you’re going or are you wandering around hoping to bump into something, like a Roomba vacuum, that will send you in another direction?
Is the heaviness from traumas still around you? Subconsciously? Unconsciously?
Have you had any communication with your intuitive self, your higher self, the part of you that is connected with Source Energy (God, Creator, Light)?
Are you allowing the Spirit of you to bring more into focus in your life?
Sometimes we are consumed by the busy-ness of life. We go from one project to another “making it happen” and we forget it’s time to unplug and lay on our backs and stare at the clouds as they go by.
When we give ourselves permission to do so we can also invite our spirit-helpers to come in an give assistance, bring things into focus and daydream about how it all could be fun, effective and loving.
Take some time out to look at the clouds and dream. It feeds your imagination and allows your natural creativity some room to breathe.
When a good idea comes along, take fast action! This is my new motto. We can sit and mull things over and look at it from every angle. That’s called paralysis by analysis. And nothing happens. We wait for the perfect time. But the perfect time is NOW! So why wait? When you get excited about something and it’s safe for you to move forward, do it! Better done than perfect (another motto!). You know, if it doesn’t work out, now you can refine and get closer to what you are wanting to express.
So many people have a fear of saying “yes” to something for themselves. They come right up to their heart’s desire and when its time to take the step into “yes”, they back away, or even run away.
The fear of doing the “wrong” thing, or the tamping down of desires that expand us, is so strong.
And why wouldn’t it be, when we’ve been taught to not think highly of ourselves. To not toot own horn, to put ourselves last on our list of to-do’s, to never allow our passion to really energize us.
So we learn to hold back, keep quiet, and “be nice”.
The whole Universe is expanding. And its our nature to expand, too. The still-small voice inside of us is the God within, helping direct us to our highest good. It’s the connection with the Divine that we are craving and that is within us. So when we take action out of Love for it instead of backing away out of fear, how much more exciting could life be?
When we take a step in Love, we seek our heart’s desire. “Yes” is the action when the question is, “Do you want more love in your life?”.
Blessings to you,

I just saw Rogue One: A Star Wars Story and if you’re not familiar with it, it’s the story that happens where at the end the plan for the Death Star and its weakness is given to Princess Leia. Thus begins the story that we started back in the ’70’s.
The most interesting thing to me was a prayer/chant that a warrior used when trying to get to a control panel while under heavy fire. It was “The Force is with me. I am one with the Force.” He said it over and over and made it through to his goal. He then was taken out by the enemy -The Empire.

Why is thankfulness so powerful?
In Dr. Masaru Emoto’s book The Hidden Messages from Water, the beauty of the vibration of gratitude is crystalline perfection. He tried to show that the way we treat ourselves mentally and emotionally has a profound effect on us physically.
80% of our body is made of water and it carries vibration very well. It is a good conductor. The best, some might say. So what we think and feel affects our entire being. When we have feelings of gratitude, even the word, creates this beautiful intricate frozen water crystal above.
When we are thankful for what we want as if we already have it, it brings our desires to us. Believe and then see it.
So I encourage you to think thoughts of gratitude. Start small or huge. Think of 5 things to be thankful every night before sleep. Say “thank you” 100 times and get your gratitude attitude moving!
Do the MPower March and when you do hold your breath for 10 seconds say thank you.
Living in gratitude brings you into alignment with love.
Have a blest month!

How do you know you’ll be ok?
When we know something – whether its a fact or a belief – how do we really know it?
Well the short answer is – we can’t. We can only decide based on the evidence we have that something is true or not true. We decide to believe something is true. We decide to believe. Ask yourself this: If I decide to believe this do I feel good? If I decide to believe that do I feel worse or negative? Does your decision to believe something create new avenues, open you up or shut you down? What feels better, opening or shutting?
Answer these questions and you’ll see if your beliefs are holding you from your highest good. Because your highest good is good for everyone. And you can decide to believe that too!
In the Money Shadows Program we actually bring this to your beliefs about abundance and prosperity. Your ideas of what prosperity is may be completely different from another’s belief. Don’t let that shut you down.
When we do Deep Radical Forgiveness, we make room for more abundance, love and joy to come in, instead of discomfort, dis-ease and disease.
And how about Discovering Your Divine Purpose? When you follow your passions, what’s already interesting and juicy and fun for you, your passions lead you to your purpose! You being on purpose is your highest good and that’s good for everyone!

P.S. Everyone gets a breakthrough, everyone!
The practice of yoga has been in my life off and on for 40 years. Currently it’s on! I found a great teacher who listens to my concerns and is used to working with older people. It’s challenging, that’s for sure, but the rewards are numerous. When I was 19 I could do Tree Pose, bend forward, touch the floor and come back to standing pretty easily, but at age 57, that’s a different story!
As a healer in practice of chiropractic and energy work, I often advise my patients and clients to begin yoga practice. It is an excellent way to encourage more flexibility for older people (aged 49-85) who often lose flexibility as they age, even if they are doing some regular exercise. Many other types of exercise do not concentrate on fluidity in movement or in using the body/mind/spirit in a way that allows for the organic flow of energy. Weight training, bicycling, running and walking don’t really place emphasis on bringing the mind and spirit into the equation.
It starts with taking the proper breath — not too short or shallow. In fact, the one thing that I make sure to teach everyone is four-count breathing, with each count lasting about a second: Four counts inhale, four counts hold, four counts exhale (always through the nose) and four counts hold. Many people find this a challenge.
When we connect our attention to our breath we connect with life. One can live without food for some time, without water for a shorter time, but go without air for four minutes or less and you’re in serious trouble (though free divers train relentlessly to overcome that limit). Pranayama, breathing practice, is one of the main keys to living relaxed and healthy. This alone can change the trajectory of our life as we age.
Many people believe that to get older means they will be less flexible and less able to do things, leading to less fun and joy. Sounds like a curse more than a lifestyle. But with simple breathing practice that emphasizes the connection with mind and spirit, amazing fonts of peace and energy can become the day-to-day experience.
The first place that older people lose strength in is the shoulder area — no more reaching up, no more carrying heavy loads — so these muscles can atrophy quickly. You will be using them in yoga poses, and it may feel weird. Be gentle with yourself as you start to bring circulation back to areas that may be unused to working.
I also see much loss of flexibility in the feet! One thing you can do before you go to yoga class is to roll a golf ball under your bare feet as you sit, massaging and bringing more circulation to the muscles in the feet. There are thousands of nerve endings in your feet that help create your posture. Keep the circulation going! You’ll be using your feet for all the standing postures.
A few things to look for in beginning practicing yoga as an older person:
You can start a new exercise practice at any time in your life. The only limits to your new beginning are in your mind. Bring all your fears and inconsistencies to the mat. Your presence is your gift!

Spirit is the ocean and we are the waves.
When one is seeking healing we must get quiet to allow the still small voice to occur to us, as the breeze picks up the wave. This can take us to places where we are afraid to go. But the darkness is transformed with even a small big of light.
Gently we go.
Enjoy this autumn time of year whatever breezes may come.
Loves and Blessings,
Dr. Tanya

This year has seen much division and upset. It’s a wonder that everyone isn’t feeling bereft and uncertain. I want to acknowledge that. I don’t want to dwell on it. My thoughts are creating my circumstances all the time. When we put our thoughts on peace we create that too. And when we have enough of us promoting thoughts of peace we can create that in our community.
Fear can run rampant. So can Peace.
Start with yourself and allow peace to come fully into your life.
Schedule some time with me, and I’ll show you how.
